On March 2nd 2009, IVY opened its doors inviting guests into an atmosphere best described as "Casual Elegance." The name comes from the fact that the entire building, located in beautiful historic downtown Wheaton at 120 N. Hale, is covered with lush green ivy. The historic building was built as a chapel in 1928. Owners Dick and Carol O'Gorman, along with General Manager Jason Sandquist, have utilized the beauty and historic architecture of the building to create a unique dining experience. By incorporating the beautiful stained glass windows and commanding cathedral ceiling, they have turned all aspects of this majestic interior into an absolute perfect backdrop for our Executive Chef's creative dishes. The Chefs creativity, attention to detail, and consistency will make you want to revisit us again and again.
